Dry the chops: Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towels β this is key for a crispy crust.

Mix the coating: Combine Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large zip bag or shallow dish. Add any optionals if using.

Coat the chops: Lightly brush or rub each chop with olive oil or beaten egg, then press the coating firmly onto all sides.

Prep the air fryer: Spray the basket with cooking spray so the coating does not stick. Spray the tops of the coated chops too β this gives extra browning.

Arrange chops: Place chops in a single layer. Do not overlap β cook in batches if needed. Air circulation is what makes it crispy!

Air fry: Cook at 400Β°F for 12β15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Check temp and rest: Pork is done at 145Β°F internal temperature. Let rest 2β3 minutes before serving.
